Get ready to spice up your Independence Day at the 4th of July Chili Cook-Off, hosted by Red Engine Brewing Co. in partnership with Sespe Creek Events! Join us in downtown Fillmore, right by City Hall, for a deliciously competitive celebration featuring the boldest, most flavorful Red Chili around during the BIG 4th of July celebration.

📍 Location: Downtown Fillmore (by City Hall)
🔥 Competition Details:
Enter your best red chili recipe for a chance to win prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place! All contestants must prepare enough chili for public sampling, as attendees will be part of the tasting experience. Entries will be judged on flavor, texture, aroma, and overall impression.
⚠️ Important Note – Health Department Regulations:
All chili must be prepared on-site at Red Engine Brewing Co. in our commercial kitchen (located nearby). Cooking must be done during one of the following time slots:
Wednesday, July 2 | 8 AM – 12 PM
Thursday, July 3 | 8 AM – 12 PM
