In collaboration with the Eden Forest Collective — a regenerative nonprofit farm rooted in a regenerative organic food forest in Fillmore, California — and the REBC Brew Crew, this intimate, behind-the-scenes journey will take you from the roots of raw ingredients all the way to a freshly poured pint — brewed by YOU.

🔧 Grain to Glass June Event Structure:
Spanning three Sundays, each session will be 3–4 hours long and led by passionate experts in farming, brewing, and packaging. You’ll get your hands dirty, ask questions, and become part of the process.
🌿 FARM DAY – Sunday, June 22 @ Eden Forest Collective (Fillmore, CA)
Learn about hops, malt, and raw ingredients that form the foundation of every great beer. Tour the farm, talk with local growers, and get grounded in the origins of brewing.
🔥 BREW DAY – Sunday, June 29 @ Red Engine Brewing Co.
Step into the brewhouse with Preston for a crash course in mashing and fermentation. Stir the mash, take readings, and explore what really happens on brew day.
📦 PACKAGE DAY – Sunday, July 6 @ Red Engine Brewing Co.
Experience the magic of the packaging process. Learn how beer is transferred, carbonated, and sealed up fresh for the taproom or to-go.

Meet your Grain to glass Instructors
Preston Andreini is the owner, operator, and lead brewer at Red Engine Brewing Company, where passion meets precision in every pint. With deep roots in Ventura County and a background in both fire service and fermentation, Preston brings a hands-on, no-shortcuts approach to craft brewing. He’s built REBC from the ground up with a vision of creating bold, community-driven beers that reflect both his technical knowledge and creative spirit. As your guide on Brew Day and Package Day, Preston will walk you through the real-life mechanics of mashing, boiling, fermenting, and packaging—sharing both pro-level tips and the “why” behind the process in a way that’s approachable, fun, and unforgettable.
Kim Rice is a seasoned brewer with over eight years of experience operating a brewery and six seasons of hands-on hop cultivation under her belt. Now serving as the Director of Operations at Eden Forest Collective, a regenerative nonprofit farm in Fillmore, Kim brings a rare blend of brewing expertise and deep agricultural knowledge to the Grain to Glass experience. Her work bridges the gap between field and fermentation, offering participants an inside look at how quality beer truly begins at the source. On Farm Day, Kim will lead an immersive exploration of hops and raw ingredients, sharing her passion for sustainable farming, her real-world brewing insights, and her commitment to connecting people to the land through craft beer.
